Objective
Due to expansion, our client needed to recruit a highly credible Internal Recruitment Manager. Their criteria extended beyond the traditional as they were rapidly expanding and the business was in the early stages of a rebrand. Our team needed to be fast and effective, with the need to produce outstanding results.

Result
Absolute presented a strong shortlist of four candidates, three of whom were taken to final stage and one subsequently appointed in the role.
