Set up in 1999, our client is the only company in the country to specialise in placing HR professionals into interim positions in Blue-Chip companies, in the private and public sector. Their London HQ is the hub of their activitities, and is currently with a headcount of 20 consutlants.

You will be responsible for managing existing clients as well as generating new business through cold calling, referrals and recommendations.

You must have:
• Previous recruitment experience
• Experienced in developing and securing new business
• Experienced in working towards and achieving sales targets
• Confident communicator with a flexible approach to work
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Working as part of a busy team, you will be responsible for:
• Generating new business through cold calling
• Account management
• Interviewing candidates face to face and over the telephone
• Matching candidates to vacancies
• Organising and attending client meetings
• Securing temporary assignments and permanent placements
• Working to a individual target based on revenue and business gained
