Our client is looking for a Senior Recruitment consultant to join the well established organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and stable recruitment team covering engineering roles.

Based in Central London, with offices across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, our client in one of the Worlds leading companies in Engineering Recruitment and due the the expansation of the team are looking to recruit another Senior.

The company is offering a generous basic, excellent commission, incentives and benefit. The standard office hours are 37.5 per week

The main responsibilies of the role will include

• Developing business across the Uk and Europe
• Sourcing skilled and unskilled contractors
• Network to source leads
• Provide a regular supply of candidates, closely matched to vacancies
• Account Management
• Working to sales targets

The successful candidates will need to demonstrate considerable recuitment experience, with a stable track record – no job hoppers!

You will understand the recruitment industry and will be capable and willing to work to targets, achieving objectives and developing new business.

Ideally you will have experience within the engineering sector but other sectors will also be considered.
