CLIENT

This well known Healthcare Recruitment Brand has a turnover that exceeds £90m, employing over 250 staff. They are well established on the National Framework agreement and have a strong client base in both the Public and Private sector.

ROLE

You will be responsible for running a very busy Qualified Social Workers desk placing them into contract positions with Local Authorities and Private Social care organisations. You will create new vacancies through both Tele-Sales and Field Sales activities to past, current and prospective Clients.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

•Have experience of placing Healthcare professionals (i.e. Doctors, AHP, Speciality Nursing and Social Care)
•Able to demonstrate a successful track record of consistently making the perfect match.
•Have a proven track record of developing new business and working closely with Clients.
•Be a strong team player who is able to display excellent communication skills and have a high standard of administration and professionalism
