We are looking for an experienced recruitment consutalnt to join the largest specialist agency for social workers in Britain.

You will be responsible for managing existing clients as well as generating new business through cold calling, referrals and recommendations.

You must have:
• Previous recruitment experience within the social care industry
• Experienced in developing and securing new business
• Experienced in working towards and achieving sales targets
• Confident communicator with a flexible approach to work

Working as part of a busy team, you will be responsible for:

• Generating new business through cold calling
• Account management
• Interviewing candidates face to face and over the telephone
• Matching candidates to vacancies
• Organising and attending client meetings
• Securing temporary assignments and permanent placements
• Working to a individual target based on revenue and business gained

Working a 40 hours week Monday to Friday from 6.00am – 6.00pm
