Our client is a specialist resourcing consultancy which has experienced success and growth since their inception a few years ago. They are aiming to provide an unrivalled service to their clients and candidates, resulting in bespoke delivery every time. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to take on experienced consultants for their London office.

This will be a full recruitment cycle and you will be responsible for all aspects from sourcing and resourcing candidates, dealing with existing projects and accounts as well as new business development, mainting and building relationships with key clients in order to drive the division forward. Working within the IT sector, you will focus on markets across the UK and Europe in various positions, and should be billing around £20k per month once established. Full autonomy to develop your desk.

As a confident recruiter you will have at least 12 months experience within one of the niche IT markets mentioned, with a solid understanding of the area and an exceptional billing history. You will be confident, driven and determined to succeed, with a professional approach to your work and a flair for business development. You will receive ongoing training and development as well as great scope to progress your career whilst earning fantastic remuneration.
