T Senior Recruitment Consultant – London

Salary – £27 – £35K depending on experience

Experienced recruitment Consultant required to work in an established and successful IT recruitment company.

Our Client has been recruiting for almost 20 years, and has become an established name within the UK and Europe, with an excellent reputation within the IT recruitment sector.

They have been voted 24^th in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies and consistently work with 93 of FTSE 100 Companies.

They are looking to take on a dedicated and motivated Senior Consultant within their IT sector, who will need to inspire other consultants by setting examples of good practice and have extensive knowledge of their particular market.

Successful candidates will be responsible for;

• Recruitment sales within a specific technical market
• Pro-actively selling our recruitment services to a wide range of companies from SMEs to FTSE listed companies
• Sourcing and representing candidates to clients
• Constantly delivering solutions that exceed clients and candidates expectations
• Development and maintenance of ongoing candidate and client relationships.

As a consultant you will be sales driven and target motivated, with enthusiasm, energy and a desire to succeed. You will be able to hit the ground running in a competitive market and feel confident in dealing with both clients and candidates.
