This company specialises in the Pharmaceuitcal, Biotechnology and Healthcare industries, focusing on jobs in marketing, Advertising, Medical Communcations and PR as well as a range of vacancies in the Healthcare Market Research and Business Intelligence.

You will be responsible for managing existing clients as well as generating new business through cold calling, referrals and recommendations.

You must have:

• Previous recruitment experience
• Experienced in developing and securing new business
• Experienced in working towards and achieving sales targets
• Confident communicator with a flexible approach to work
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Working as part of a busy team, you will be responsible for:

• Generating new business through cold calling
• Account management
• Interviewing candidates face to face and over the telephone
• Matching candidates to vacancies
• Organising and attending client meetings
• Securing temporary assignments and permanent placements
• Working to a individual target based on revenue and business gained
